Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again.

Clean and cozy in a great location. Just a few minutes from San Marco Square, the Basilica, and the Doge's palace, this was the perfect place to stay for a first time visit to Venice. My husband and I arrived late and was greeted by our friendly reception. He helped us get in our room which was clean and spacious. It had the BEST bed to sleep on and this is a must specially for travelers. We love we got a discount with the bakery attached to it. The sandwiches and coffee were great. For me, I love the hot chocolate. Service is top notch! This hotel is located in a good place near shopping and different restaurants. You can take the Rialto or San Marco vaporetto stop and walk for 5-7 mins. I highly recommend this place.

The room was clean, Reception was friendly. Enrico was especially helpful. The on-site bakery was very good the staff courteous. Super location , 5 minutes or less walk to San Marco Square . Would stay here again!
