My first trip to Venice was made GREAT with my decision to choose this truly great property. 5 min walk from water taxi from rail or airport. 5 min waln to the Plaza St. Marks, gondola experiences within 3 min walk. Totally spectacular. And the incredible breakfast at the duster hotel just across the sidewalk. I can’t imagine a more perfect location for a once in a lifetime visit to Venezia. Gotta go back.

We stayed in the apartment option for 6+ people! Was fantastic! Crazy to have an 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment right in the heart of Venice! And for a great price too. I traveled with a 6 month old and a 3 year old and it was great for them both. It is 3 flights of stairs however and there is an elevator but it's only for 1 person with luggage or 2 people max very small. Great experience!

Very well located and walkable. The breakfast buffet is a must! Delicious, plentiful and a great value! If you’re hesitating between this one and another hotel, the breakfast buffet should make your decision easy. Staff is helpful and looks happy to see you.

My only complaint about this hotel was the bathroom and showers are very small. Like enough to stand up only in for a big guy. Other than that the room was nice, we were barely in our room as we were sightseeing around Venice. I really enjoy staying in that area because it’s close to the Rialto bridge and lots of shopping and easy walk to St Marks square The water bus is convenient, we did a 48 hour ticket and spent a day in Burano. Another pro tip: before buying a cannoli ask if they make it with ricotta, most use cheaper buttercream and they’re not good. So if you see a display case with a bunch of delicious looking cannoli, take note that it’s usually buttercream in those
