Encanto Vail Condo pasos de la aldea y la montaña ....

A pocos pasos de los remontes de Vail Village y Golden Peak: literalmente puede estacionar una vez que llegue al condominio y no tendrá que volver a pisar su vehículo hasta el día en que salga para su hogar.

El interior rústico de la montaña está equipado para satisfacer todas sus necesidades durante su estadía en nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Sillas de cuero de gran tamaño y un amplio y acogedor sofá delinean la sala de estar, junto con una chimenea de gas y una amplia vista enmarcada por la montaña Vail. La cocina está abierta al salón y el comedor tiene capacidad para 5 con espacio para 7. El dormitorio principal tiene vista a Gore Creek y, con una grieta de las ventanas abatibles, se puede escuchar correr el relajante arroyo.

Hay un baño privado junto a la habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales hechas de troncos de madera. Para los dos que tienen dificultades para quedarse dormidos con el sonido del arroyo fuera de la ventana, hay un televisor con cable entre las dos camas. A la siguiente ... suba la escalera de madera en el pasillo y encontrará un acogedor loft que da a toda la sala de estar.

Puede comprar sus comestibles para cenar y pasar una noche acogedora junto al fuego con juegos de mesa y coco o atarse los zapatos para caminar y dirigirse a la cuadra hacia el pueblo donde encontrará más opciones de servicios de las que sabrá. ¡qué hacer con!

Si necesita usar el automóvil, su vehículo estará convenientemente ubicado justo afuera de la puerta principal del edificio del condominio, que está enmarcado con hermosos árboles Aspen ... ¡y la vista más allá, por supuesto, es de Vail Mountain!

As described...plus...

Somehow I missed that the 2nd bedroom was an actual bedroom with 2 twin beds, and that the loft was additional space! Perfect! We are very familiar with Vail (both the village and Lionshead). This condo is a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola 1 out of the village. Close to shops and restaurants. There is a Vail town bus stop right at the entrance to the complex, making it super easy to get around town. We had a minor maintenance issue that Randy took care of as quickly as possible. Condo is clean and as described. My family and I had a great time (and the snow was amazing to top off a great stay!)!

Fantastic Apartment with unbeatable location!

My family of three stayed here President's weekend for 5 days. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is super clean, well furnished and stocked for meal preparation and nights in. The unit is also more spacious than expected. The location is the real selling point of the property though. Right on the edge of Vail village, the stores and restaurants are a couple blocks away. The apartment also affords easy access to both the base of the mountain in the main village, as well as the Golden Peak area where our daughter was in ski school. Randy, the owner, was an impeccable host, who went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their home, even checking in on how were enjoying all the snow we were lucky enough to be getting during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, and we are hopeful that we return again next year.

Great location and very comfortable stay

Ideal location less than 5 minute walk to both the lifts and the village but quiet at night. The condo is recently updated with well stocked new kitchen and new baths. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to pre visit questions. Have stayed at several places in Vail over the past five years and this place and location is hard to beat for the price. Will be back!

Spring Break Ski Trip

Location couldn't have been better. The condo is right near Vail Village and an easy walk to either Golden Peak or the Gondola. Parking was right out front, but only time we left was to pick up groceries a few miles away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The condo was very well appointed. Picked up over 2 feet of snow while we were there which was the icing on the cake! Randy was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Location, location, location- Top Shelf!!!

Excellent diamond in the rough. Excellently appointed condo in Vail Village. The location is amazing and the work done to the condo is awesome. Our family loved our time here. The owners are awesome and super helpful. The small touches are above any that I have experienced. Can’t recommend this property enough for a fun, quite, easy, and relaxing family ski trip!

Perfect Vail Getaway

We had the perfect week in Vail! The property was in an amazing location, just steps away from the gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortable, updated and felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen essentials and toiletries in case you forgot something. We used the free bus shuttle once to grab items from the market in Lionshead. The shuttle stop is right outside the condo and easy to use. We would love to return! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Great location!

A short walk to either Gondola One, Golden Peak or Gore Creek Trail and right on the bus route for getting to Lionshead or the Vail Nordic Center for cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Well furnished kitchen for cooking and eating in. We definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay here on our next Vail ski trip.

Everything was very good. There was a minor issue with the heat not working as well as it could have, however the situation was addressed properly by the owner. The location is fantastic and the condo was well appointed and updated nicely. I would come back and stay again. Amazing experience!

Definitely would recommend this property. Within walking distance to pretty much anything you would need. Short drive to grocery store. Super clean and communication with owners was easy and very responsive. Would 100% stay here again!!

Great Location, cozy and well provisioned

First, Randy the owner was great to work with, responsive and provided great advice so we could make the most of our ski vacation. Very close/easy walk in ski boots to the lifts in Golden Peak and the Gondola in Vail Village. The kitchen is well provisioned and we made good use of this. All the beds, pillows and linens were excellent quality and very comfy. The Gas fireplace and audio system with Bluetooth are super easy to use and allowed for nice evenings together by the fire. All in all a great experience and the listing is completely accurate.

Great property with good location

We enjoyed our stay there February 2022, 3 adults. The location is good, a bit away from the noise of the central Vail Village but still a 5 to 7 minute walk to Goldola One in ski boots. The loft is useable for an adult also as long as they are not huge and want to climb the latter. The property is clean and as described. Also not too far from the Transportation Center.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this location. The property was as depicted in the photos. The owners are responsive and helpful. The location is about 50' from the bus stop, about 200' from Vail Village, and about a 7 minute walk to 2 ski lifts. The gas fireplace was great and heated things up quickly - which was needed when the temperature outside was 3 degrees! Thanks again.
