"The Unzen ration is very Sulphur based - don’t smells very bad ! This hotel has amazing gardens but the food is very bad for an expensive Onsen ! We are on a 10 day Onsen trip and this is the worst food we have eaten - go somewhere else"

The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. ..."
