Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle
We were caught in transit due to Iran security situation. The hotel refused to change or cancel the reservation. Blatantly refused. I would never use Hyatt again given their and this hotels lack of understanding as to the situation which was beyond our control. We gave them plenty of notice.

Hotel Scheuble
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the common area was updated with plenty of room to get work done. The room itself was spacious, the only issue I had was that I could hear people in the adjacent room while trying to fall asleep.
