All of our other hotels were accommodating and could figure out a way to honour our reservation for a later date despite it being made through Expedia.....Ruby Mimi did not make an effort. Very poor service.

We stay there a lot and usually we love it- this time was a little bit of a bummer because the hotel seemed dirty. The floors, the black carpets were cover in dirt, the bathrooms didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the lounge dining area had garbage bits all over the floor. I will Probably stay there again- but they should get a better cleaning team.
