Budget friendly

Great location, easy walk to old town. Very quiet area. Clean and comfy. We had a tripe twin room. One of the beds was low to the ground and squeaked all night. Other than that, everything was great! No fridge in room.

We had two nights stay . The hotel needs serious upgrading we were a family of 4 with teenagers and were given a very small room we were feeling very cramped. One of the double beds were next to the radiator and my son was very uncomfortable sleeping as the thermostat knob was sticking out and poking him . He had to keep the cushion against it to sleep comfortably but unfortunately he was not . Bathroom very outdated the window was broken we were scared to open it . Our room was cleaned the next day but the coffee / tea mugs were not replaced by new clean ones nor the tea coffee section was topped up with new teabags, coffee sachets, suger or milk. The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Zurich train station around 8 mins and 10 mins walk to old town Zurich and lots of restaurants as well . The reception staff was amazing easy check in and check out . Overall it was an ok experience it’s fine if booking for couple of days but not good for 2 plus days .

ridiculous, falsely advertised room sizes online, location was fine but staff was rude. me and my buddies were hanging out in whatever lobby space was available and were on our phones and some person who was working at the desk at the time was repeatedly yelling "TURN OFF THE LOUD SPEAKER" when it wasnt even loud. additionally, we asked for our room cleaned and nobody came to service it. do not recommend this property under any circumstance, would rather stay in a motel 6. overpriced and underserviced.
