We saw a few roaches each night. No active bedbugs. $50 linen deposit. Return key to front desk to get deposit back. Linens are inspected at checkout. If linens are ruined, deposit is kept.(my understanding) Also, there’s a $28 extra person fee. This is if you book for 1 but bring 2. We only got ice twice and both times we were reminded of the extra fees associated with the room. I’m unsure why? Perhaps it was to discourage people from getting ice. Once, the ice machine was broken and we were handed a Walmart bag with ice in it. The bath tub wasn’t clean enough for me to feel comfortable bathing in it. The shower had good pressure and it was hot enough. Bed was comfortable. Guests can regulate the temperature of the room. If you’re trying to save money, I would recommend going elsewhere. The room was cheap enough but the extra charges add up. Overall, they strike me as a struggling mom and pop place, and I wish them well. The people are nice.

I really like the layout of the Single Master bedroom. The water was hot, the AC kept the room cool, the bed was comfy, good lighting from lamps and window, plenty of towels, bathtub had mild texture pad...lots of little things that added up to a comfortable stay.

Spacious room, a/c worked well. Bed was comfortable. There had been a major spill of something like juice drink in front of the frig & sink area. Could not see it, but it was very squishy & sticky. We were put in a different room. Upgrade with a jet tub! No plug & jets didn't work! LOL Remodeling going on, sign at desk says "cash deposit". Sign outside says "no deposit" (in Spanish) ? Even so, an alright place to stay for a night. For the price.

The hotel location was in an undesirable location. The restroom at the front desk was mildew all throughout. It was like in a dangerous area.

Disgusting

Not only are the rooms run down and smell of stale cigarettes, in a non-smoking room, the room was so dark I honestly couldn't tell how filthy it was. There were holes in the bedspread, only one lamp worked in the room, however, they did have hot water. The rest of the property was disgusting looking nothing like the photos. The pool was a dingy brown sewer looking kind of hot mess, makes me wonder why don't they just drain it. The ice machine didn't work. Unfortunately this has been my experience with OYO hotels, never again!
