I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO member… the laundry system was confusing and makes you pay a minimum of 29 euros on an app. I had a hard time at this place and can’t see myself coming back."
