Everything We Wanted

We loved this VRBO Stay! Just off the beaten trail to provide privacy and relaxation. Amazing time hanging out with 18 and 21-year-old granddaughters. They loved it too, and we all had plenty of room.

Beautiful Home in Tucson!

This home was a perfect base for our trip to Tucson for our son’s graduation from U of A. It’s close to campus, shopping and restaurants, but in a very quiet location with stunning views. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the large covered patio and pool. The house is stocked with everything you need, including plenty of pool towels and pool floats along with a kitchen that includes numerous condiments, spices, utensils, etc. The house is spacious, spotless and homey. Norris & Cary are very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home. We created wonderful memories here. Thank you!

Desert immersion

Wow! 6075 W Gerhart is an amazing vacation rental with breathtaking views! The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was clean with all the amenities we needed, and the outdoor pool / hot tub / patio was a favorite hangout for our multi-generational family. Our grandchildren loved the daily driveway adventure, but grandma found it a bit nerve racking. Our one and only minor concern was resolved with an appropriate sense of urgency and care. Thank you for sharing your desert oasis with us!

Beautiful property, beautiful view

The house has a great design and feel. Outside are different terraced areas for enjoying the views, wildlife, city lights, stars and sahuaros while dining, swimming or soaking in the hot tub!

Breathtaking Views

This is a remarkably beautiful property in the desert. The location and views were spectacular. The driveway is an adventure, incredibly fun just to meander through the desert and up to the home. Hosts were highly responsive and check in was easy. Private, wonderful retreat, yet still close enough to Tucson to enjoy some takeout or make a trip to the store. Beds were comfortable, home was well stocked with essentials, garage is spacious and clean. We visited in late March during a cool-ish period, so we didn’t utilize the chilly but beautiful pool as much as we would’ve with summer temps. That said, we’re from Minnesota, so of course we hopped in the pool. We did utilize the hot tub more extensively, which was clean and easy to use. Few things beat catching a sunrise over the mountains while a hot air balloon begins its journey from the valley below. Pictures don’t adequately capture the view from this home. Truly memorable experience in a gorgeous location. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their home with us. 5 stars.

Relaxing Tucson Getaway

This property is absolutely amazing! All the amenities/comforts you could hope for - fully stocked kitchen, grill, infinity pool, hot tub, the list goes on. Expansive views of Mt. Lemmon and the desert landscape. Beautiful sunrises out the picture window with coffee. Access to hiking trailheads just minutes away. Great communication with the hosts. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful desert views and private getaway!

If you want I get out of the city with close access to amenities and adventure, this is the place you are looking for! A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views after full days of exploring. Easy access to Old Tuscon Studios, Dessert Museum and The Mission as well as the West Entrance to Saguaro NP. Hosts made us feel very welcome and we had all the kitchen gadgets to make breakfast each day. We also enjoyed the welcome basket with some snacks to get us through our first night and am as we had a late arrival. Easier to find in the daytime but we were able to navigate the dirt roads with GPS and the directions provided from the host.we really appreciated the cleanliness and easy to follow check in and check out instructions.

Dessrt Oasis!

Everything about the property was amazing! I would highly recommend it and we re-booked for next year already. The long off-road driveway is daunting at first and then feels like a fun rollercoster! 10 out of 10!

Stunning Views

Loved the house and the views (both day and night). The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the laundry room. It was so spacious! The House was private, but it was easy to drive into town.

Absolutely Stunning!

This has to be our most favorite VRBO to date! The house was beautiful and clean, the hot tub was amazing, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The hosts were very communicative and were so kind to leave us a little gift to help us wind down and relax after a horrible day of traveling. If we ever make it back out to Tucson, we would 100% stay again!

Wonderful Experience!

My family of six (all adults) loved the home indoors and outside. We made meals together in the very, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub and sunrise yoga on the patio. Relaxing retreat

Fantastic family gateway

Our extended family enjoyed 10 days at the residence over the Thanksgiving holiday and my husband birthday celebration. Great location with breathtaking views. Gracious hosts - Cary and Norris, welcomed us with nice bottle of wine and most importantly allowed us to bring Bleu, family’s golden retriever (Bleu loved his treats - thank you). We highly recommend this place and we will be back!

We very much enjoyed the house and property. We were there for U of A parent's weekend and it was nice to be away from the fray of campus. We appreciated the amazing communication from our hosts from beginning to end. And that was February when we booked up until our departure on October 28th. We will definitely stay again.

Spectacular views, awesome pool and wonderful hosts

We stayed the weekend and had a terrific time. Everything was perfect and we found everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The hosts responded right away to any questions and gave awesome restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We are trying to see when we can visit again asap!

Astounding Patio and pool.

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable with every amenity in abundance. I can’t say enough about how the house was sited to take full advantage of the desert views with windows wrapping the entire east view. The pool and patio area were unlike anything I’ve ever seen- simply amazing.

Great View

The view was amazing! The house was well equipped with everything you need - plates, glasses, silverware, appliances. The outside area had plenty of seating for everyone. The pool was lovely but there were a few wasps getting their daily fill of water. It was actually peaceful watching them grab their water & fly off. I'm normally afraid of them but they did not bother me at all. I must warn you about the roads getting to the house. They are steep. I'm afraid of heights & going up an escalator freaks me out. These roads were steep enough that I felt like I was going to tip backwards. Yes, it was all in my head but I couldn't shake it. UPS & Amazon trucks had no problem which should have helped me but, nope. Still scared. Honestly, why would you want to leave the house? Bottom line, book this place! You won't regret it!!!
