Great pool area and hot tub. The suite provided lots of space, perfect for this trip with extended family. We will definitely come again.

We asked for easy access to pool since we have trouble walking. Put way out on 2nd floor, no where near pool. Had 20 minute walk downstairs for 8 days to eat, huffing and puffing. Toilet broke 4 times in one night. Asked to have maid service after 4 days, when we did re-requested it no one ever came. Disgusted and no suggestion of any compensation for it. Room looked old.

Perfect

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. It was close to my parents and also all the places we ended up visiting during our stay. I just wish the posted hours for the hot tub & pool were correct. I was not able to take advantage of them on Saturday night after we believed the little kids had gone to bed. It was already locked up. But, overall everything including breakfast was outstanding. Thank you!

Clean, dependable, well maintained, and attractive

We needed a decent but affordable hotel near relatives in northern Tucson for a visit. We were impressed with the level of upkeep and attention to detail (such as a pleasant patio with nice desert landscaping where we had breakfast daily). Staff was professional but not extra pleasant like you'd find in bigger hotels. They were fine; just matter of fact and efficient. A few negatives: 1. Room smelled every time we came back after time away even with the AC running, and any humidity from the shower or smells from the bathroom took forever to disappear. They need to improve the ventilation. 2. One day we were awoken by a leaf blower at 7am but it was just once. 3. Quality of the hot items in the free breakfast was hit or miss, but it was free and there were ample decent options in breads, waffles, potatoes etc. Would be nice to have more than one cut fruit and for it to be ripe, but again, it's free.
