The front desk staff were extremely difficult to work with. The one lady working was yelling at me while I was on a phone call trying to sort out check in details. She also did not give me options when another employee did suggest other ways to make it work. She was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. She was too invested in decorating the Christmas tree. I ended up canceling my stay as this was a horrible experience. I also then over heard a conversation to another guest about how the water will be completely off during one of the days of his stay. He only found this out upon check in. I am still dealing with transactions coming out of my account when we did not even stay. I do not recommend this establishment and I do not recommend them having your card information. Now they are blaming the charges on my bank. Awful service.

I always stay at Towne Inn Suites if available. I love having a suite with full kitchen. The rooms have always been clean, safe and quiet. I also love the location as nice restaurants and public transportation is nearby.

Love the location, kitchen amenities and feel of an apartment. I gave 4 star because the coffee in the room and in main-floor area is all bitter and horrible. If you just bought some new k cups from a different brand and change the coffee maker downstairs, it would raise the level of your establishment considerably
