The staff were nice and the location is central. The staff were very accommodating with allowing us to park below to offload due to road closures. The hotel is very dated, the elevators were very slow as the hotel is 27 floors and the elevators barely fit two people and a rolling cart. Be aware if you stay, the lower your floor the easier it is since you can take the stairs instead of waiting. The hotel was extremely quiet, even though it was full. Our downfall was mainly that we booked the hotel because it had a balcony and when we arrived they let us know that the balconies were locked, this would have been a deterrent for us booking this hotel so its unfortunate it wasn't stated in advance.

Balcony not accessible, staff said it was a hazard to allow people on the balcony?? The windows also didn’t open. Well they did but I had to remove the screen and use some force. That to me is more of a safety hazard then not being able to go on the balcony!? Very dirty baseboards Bathroom towel hanger fell off Shower not great Only 1 luggage rack Kitchen electrical outlet is a definite hazard and loose Toaster wouldn’t work. Had to persuade it. Door coming in REALLY sticks The issues were small. But odd that it wouldn’t take much to fix these and they weren’t.
