Having a suite is convenient when staying for multiple days. I expected housekeeping to come everyday to replace toiletries, towels and coffee pods for the next morning. They only came if I called. They don't have smart tvs, so you can't use your streaming channels. When I reserved the hotel, breakfast was included. When I got there, it wasn't.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was top tier and very professional. The rooms were nice and similar to the pictures. The only down side was we didn’t seem to have any sort of maid service for the duration of our stay which was 3 days. Other than that we would recommend and would stay here again.

This is a great property if you are staying for a few days and want a kitchen and living room, not just a bedroom. Parking underground is super convenient and the location is stellar! Lots of restaurants and grocery near by.

I just spent 5 days staying at Town Inn. Staff were very pleasant and area very convenient for walking and close to TTC. My suite was cleaned daiky and in good working condition. I skept confortably and had no complaints. It is for the cost. overall very good value

Staff were very nice the entire stay. For the price I definitely recommend this place as its very clean and rooms are big. My only complaint is I found the rooms were a little too hot. Also, the elevators sometimes take a long time to arrive. Otherwise very comfortable, if we come to that area again I would book here.

I have stayed here a few times. I like the suites. But the one I was in this time wasn't very clean. The bathroom had toothpaste splashed all over the walls. The living room furniture was in rough shape. Hoping next time is better, as I will be returning in a month

A great place to stay

Overall it was a good experience. The construction in the downtown core can be a little noisey at times in the morning but not too bad and with ear plugs it didn't cause any issues. The only thing that I didn't enjoy were the pillows as they are smaller squares and quite lumpy. Other than that it was clean, the staff were friendly with 24 hour concierge and security on-site.
