Amazing experience! My 3 daughters came to the city to celebrate a birthday and the room was larger than expected. The pull out bed was pre-made and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and allowed them to check in early quickly and seamlessly. Security was diligent at night and they felt very secure. They could easily walk from Union Station and there were many restaurants and attractions very close walkable distance. Overall wonderful place. Very highly recommend.

Minimal signage made it necessary to circle the block to locate the entrance and GPS (google maps) seemed confused about the location. Lack of a restaurant could be a problem in bad weather but there are several good ones within walking distance when the weather is good.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel! Its the fastest check in/out experience you will ever have. Easy access to parking, shopping, restaurants and more. The complementary coffee and muffins in the morning this time was a nice surprise. We will be back!
