I want a full refund the room we checked in late at night and the neater didn’t work the front desk guy brought up a electric heater but no good basically froze , didn’t get any sleep and we had to catch a flight so we left at 6 am

The entire hotel was freezing, couldn’t get our room to warm up at all. When the front desk was asked about a heat problem, they said no but offered an electric heater for our room. The poor server in the dining room was left by herself and couldn’t handle the influx of tables. We did not say there for our next night, we moved to a warmer hotel.
