I found a candy wrapper and mouse feces under the sheets at the foot of my bed. Makes me wonder if my sheets were changed since the last person. The toilet was not cleaned before our visit. The seat was up and there was dried urine all over the toilet. Totally disgusting! The cleaning person should be fired. The room was dirty and nasty.

This place is very run down. The sink barely had enough water pressure to brush my teeth with - getting water wash my face, drink or make coffee or tea with meant going into get it from the tub faucet. Speaking of coffee, when I opened the pouch that the coffee was in, the bag of coffee was sliced open & the grounds went all over the place - so not even a morning cup of coffee was available. I paid the same rater for a hotel in Chicago directly across the theater - & that room was immaculate & LAID OUT. This place is the LAST type of hotel you want to stay at - the only plus was that it was close to Ottawa & Magee. I'll find other accommodations next time/year.

Older place but clean and comfortable. Great place for fisherman needing a place to stay. Only thing I could say that would make it better is several outdoor electrical outlets installed for being able to charge batteries in a boat. Owners very nice and helpful.

Basic and a little overpriced

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful with directions, etc, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it. But what you’re paying for I guess is the location and that there are no other motels close to metzger and Magee.
