Staff was experienced and kind. No language barrier issues (English-speaking). Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Very easy to access to the monorail for Disney. Clean rooms.

Staff was nice and hotel very conveniently accessible for Disney. The tram station is right across and once to get there it isn’t much walking to get in. But for $350 a night, front desk was super slow to check us in and our room was nasty. Legit felt like a motel room, as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarettes and the restroom smelled like a men’s urinal. We got moved and offered another room. Which was like night and day, the new room was nice and new. Definitely cleaner and updated! As soon as we got out of the elevator it smelled nice Room service was pricy. Red flag if they put you in the 3rd floor, 7th floor was were the rooms were updated.

A hard days night

The staff went above and beyond to help. The room was nice and spacious. The only issue i had was the bed was hard. I had 2 beds in my room and both felt like a stone slab.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, your staff's helpfulness and friendliness were beyond anything we've ever encountered. Their dedication to service is truly commendable and made our stay so special. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially being so close to the Disney line! It made getting around such a breeze and added so much convenience to our trip. We also indulged in some delightful meals at your hotel restaurants. The food was simply amazing—every dish was a treat! The only hiccup was with the dryers, which took over two hours to dry our clothes before check-out, keeping me up past 2 AM. But honestly, that's a minor issue compared to all the wonderful aspects of our stay. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience. The hotel is mediocre but the prices are high. We’ve stayed at much nicer places for much less. The biggest perk is being near to Disney.

Average Marriott rooms, expected more since it was in Japan and part of the Disney Resort hotels. Buffet (Spanish buffet) high priced for no reason. Breakfast buffet was two thumbs down. Cafe dinner was good and priced well. The Tak… restaurant was nice and accommodating.

Very large and upscale property. Would definitely return. Only complaint was the coin washer/dryer could be better. Multiple people onsite were complaining about how long it was taking to dry their laundry.

I needed assistance at this property and spoke with the Lobby manager. Although they did assist me, that is all they did, exactly what I asked, there was no follow up or check in to see that I was ok after the situation. All facilities at this hotel came at an extra cost. Mini golf extra, bathing extra. Expensive hotel to have extra costs. Be prepared it feels like they are just there making money from you. No care or empathy.
