The staff were all very helpful and the room was very clean though quite small, which is expected in Tokyo at this price. Overall, we found it was good value for the money. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to two major subway lines makes it very easy to get around the entire city.

The staff were incredibly nice and efficient. The room was very clean and well prepared though smaller than expected. The images make them look bigger so if you have bigger luggage it may be a squeeze but we managed fine. The location is amazing, which I think is one of the most important factors in a hotel. I recommend the Asakusa area to everyone.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There was a decent amount of options for breakfast. (I chose the Japanese breakfast at the restaurant with the cow on 1F. It was tasty.) There are local Asakusa food souvenirs at the reception area. I didnt try out the free drink. Locationwise, it's close enough to Tawaramachi Station that getting to the Hotel and going elsewhere was easy.
