The staff is amazing. They try everything to help out the customer. Though the location is a bit far from the station, around 10-12 min walking, the room is cleaned and with everything you needed. Despite the warmer is too hot for us at the night and is unadjustable

Do not stay here. If you are traveling solo with a single suitcase, and don't mind cigarette smoke, then maybe. Otherwise, it is absolutely not worth it. Room is incredibly tiny, which was expected to a degree, but with 2 people and multiple suitcases, it's a hassle. A lot of your time is wasted unpacking/repacking suitcases just to maintain access to the bathroom. For some reason people love to smoke a lot next to this hotel. The cigarette smell can be strong even on the 4th floor. Also got itchy bites all over my legs, hoping it wasn't bed bugs. I have to mention that the staff were discourteous during the stay. While checking in, the receptionist said the hotel is replacing the fridges in every room, and asked if they could come in to replace the fridge in our room during our stay. At the time we thought we would be gone during the day anyway, so we said ok. I ended up getting very sick, so we tried calling reception to ask them to postpone the fridge replacement until after we check out in 5 days. At first they said okay, then they called back 5 minutes later and pushed very hard to say they absolutely must do it the next day. Feeling we had no choice, we said okay. Then a few hours later they entered the room anyway instead of waiting, and I had to ask them and call reception yet again, while sick, to wait until the next day when I'm hopefully better. This whole incident felt extremely odd and I still do not understand why they couldn't wait until we checked out.

Small rooms as expected of most places in Tokyo, but was very comfy. Just be careful not to trip going in the bathroom! It was a step in. Cost was excellent for what you got though.

Location was a 10 minute walk from the station which normally wouldnt feel like a lot, but due to the frequent walking we did and proximity of everything else, it did feel longer than usual. The staff were really kind and helpful and even let us keep our luggage at the hotel past check out since our flight was later in the day. The only downside was there is only one elevator for the whole building so rush hour times meant the elevator was so full and we would have to skip multiple elevators at those times. The rooms were quite tight compared to when we stayed in Osaka, but not too big of a problem.

숙박후 3일간 룸청소를 해주지 않았어요 4일째되는날 청소를 해줍니다 쓰레기는 넘쳐나고 젖은 타올은 치우지도 않았으며 문고리에 타올과 약간의비품만 비닐봉지에 걸어만 둡니다 기분이 썩 좋지 않았습니다 첫날 프런트에서는 환경문제 운운 하지만 인건비 줄이려는 뻔한 속셈입니다 룸크리닝을 하지 않는 호텔 이건 매우 불편합니다 절대로 이건 시정해야하고 고쳐야만 합니다
