Easy to see launches from the front yard. Central location with a short drive (30 min) to Kennedy Space Center Pool was very nice. Owners were very responsive to two small issues/questions, even providing excellent recommendations for dining and things to see in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at the launch pad. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and clean and modern decor. Well stocked with everything we could ever need and comfortable. Close to beautiful quiet beaches and lots of wildlife to see. We were lucky enough to see a space X rocket launch which was amazing. Would definitely stay again and will recommend. Our stay was really comfortable. The house is very clean and functional. We love to be outside and if you want to do this in Florida, it requires an outdoor screen. The outdoor screen on this house is nice and worked out perfectly.

Family Visit

We visited family in the area so this was a great base of operations for us to coordinate all of our activities. The listing says hot tub but that was not working, it was the same temperature as the pool. Overall it was a great value and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
