"The rooms are clean and spacious. However it is a function hotel and the bar gets very noisy from the function rooms adjacent. When we were there it was impossible to enjoy a quiet drink at the bar because of noise from the disco. Fortunately this didnt affect the bedrooms which were quiet."

"attended a wedding here so decided to stay over,the hotel room was lovely and clean,bed was very uncomfortable,shower was great.the breakfast was great with excellent selection of food. The only fault we had was that the bedroom window wouldn’t close,which didn’t seem a problem when we returned back to our room later in the night,but from 5am all we could hear noise of the traffic,so had about 4hours sleep all night,so if you are booking i recommend asking for a room not facing the road"

"I think the 4 pm checking in time needs looking at as the park closes at 6 u don't have enough time to go round so basically u lose a day I stayed for 2 nights and paid over £500 and only got one day there I think that's way to much money for basically a day trip with"

"Had a lovely stay however, the size of the swimming area in the pool for non swimmers is just ridiculous especially as it was busy with families which made it quite unpleasant to have fun with my family. The 3 older ladies who took up the swimming lane which was more than 3/4’d of the pool were really grumpy especially when kids playing crossed the rope barrier. This was a damper on our stay!! The aircon in our room 327 was rubbish too which made it really warm even though was set to 17."
