The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant service is a bit slow for ala carte food, could be faster. Breakfast menu had excellent spread of south indian food. Overall very enjoyable during this time, when it is neither hot nor cold.

Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay.
