"Not even a coffee machine in the room. First time I stay in a room with no coffee machine. There was a refrigerator. Ice machine was not working in my floor. I asked for ice and took hours for someone to come and tell me to grt ice from ice machine. Then again I told ice machine broke, then i said I don’t need ice anymore "

"Location is great! Staff is horrible! Not helpful at all. I had to ask to get my room cleaned multiple times and was told I had called during staff change over and that was why my room hadn't been cleaned? I asked/called 3 times in one day to see if I could get a room clean. Do not recommend. Spend your $ somewhere else!"
