The front desk attendants were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and helpful, very polite and on different shifts they all exceeded my expectations. Lately, it has seemed as if customer service and care has gone out the window and I usually find myself meditating over someone else’s work ethics and attitude. However, my experience with the staff in all departments have been an excellent example of how people should be treated when paying for a service.

I was really looking forward to this stay at the Hyatt. I was disappointed. Our towels in the room- 2 were dirty. Gross. One of the shower doors would not stay shut. The bathroom door inside was dirty. The large light behind the couch in the room did not work. I was there for a one night work stay. The valet team both days were fantastic and the front desk clerk Gavin was very nice. As far as quality vs. the price. I will be honest I won’t be staying at Hyatt again
