We love staying here when we visit family in the Tampa area. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are always well-maintained and comfortable. Be prepared for a longer wait for elevators in the AM if you are heading out when others are checking out. It can get busy, and if you are on a lower floor, you'll have a longer wait.

I ran in to check in with a few minutes to spare before midnight. Don at the front desk made check-in seamless. The lady from valet was very helpful as my van was too large to stay in the garage so she informed me of free street parking. The room was spotless, bed was soft and comfy…we could hardly get out of it each morning. The location was perfect with easy access to the interstate.

Parking valet system did not work. Lobby smelled like sewage. Couldnt break 100 dollar bill. 1 elevator working that was shared by staff and all guests. My family and I stayed in Tampa for the first time, and unfortunately the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel right to us. Check‑in was fine and the staff were friendly, but several things made our stay uncomfortable. Parking is valet only and costs $45 per night, which we didn’t expect. Breakfast is from 6:30–9:30 a.m., but when we went down, most of the food stations were empty and guests were standing around waiting for items to be refilled. The shower pressure in our room was also very slow. The biggest concern for us was the surrounding area. There were many homeless individuals nearby, and it didn’t feel very safe or family‑friendly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
