Great customer service upon arrival. We were greeted by Stephen. He gave us helpful information as we were staying because our daughter will be attending USF. Breakfast was great lots of selection and staff were great on making sure there was fresh food. Room was clean and it smelled clean.We enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

The hotel was what we expected. The only real complaint is the bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were all flat. Neither my husband nor I got a good nights sleep all 3 nights. The breakfast staff was wonderful however but the check in staff really should make people feel more welcome.
