A night disturbed

Very loud party during my stay. Kids running up and down the hallway, pulling my door handle repeatedly. Clean room the hotel is older but nice. Early Sunday morning more of the same as far as noise left way before checkout. Didn't sleep well

Honestly, the condition of the property could have been pretty much better as per the brand. Bed that I was having in Single; the mattress seems too old and can feel the spring coils in it, give a clear idea of how old that might be, Pillow covers, I’ve worked with Country Inn & Suits before & I’d just remove it for a Rag as they were torn from the corners. Shower head - felt like it’s too old fashioned 70s era, too small & not with enough force, even it had a lack of pressure couple of times going on & off. Would really suggest that Sink are very important thing to be cleaned out in properties like this as they get clogged too often. In Breakfast area needs a Microwave Oven as it’s a very common Breakfast found in every single Hotels in America (same) Rest the View was good from 5th floor; Staff was new but yes they were in training so no complaints.

DISGUSTING!!!

RUN! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We literally paid hundreds of dollars to stay in a stinky, dirty, roach motel. They had a curfew for when you could be in the hallways. If that doesn’t tell you something then I don’t know what will. Would have left but all other hotels were booked. We will NEVER stay at another Raddison owned hotel again. Just all together nasty. We ran out the door when we woke up after our stay.

I will never stay at this property again. I have stayed here many times and now they have a policy that if your room is ready before the check in time of 3:00 then you have to pay a $25 fee to check in early. I was at the hotel at 1:00pm the room was available but the hotel wanted to charge me $25 to check in 2 hours early. It is not like they allow you to check out at 3:00 if I am done with the hotel room early they dont give me any money back. I have never seen any hotel charge for early check in.
