Nastiest hotel I've stayed in ,in over 10 years..had to swap rooms 3 times...No AC, no TV, no lights over the sink...1 towel for 2 people...and no phones working since the hurricane? {2 yrs}...hope they don't have an emergency

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The towels were dirty, and the floor was in terrible condition. I had to call the staff to come and clean it immediately. The room smelled like a wet dog because pets are allowed, which I didn’t realize at first. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Saturday Feb 27 at night I checked in, as sons as I walking in in this place the smell of cigarettes and humidity was unbearable, the floors were extremely dirty and sticky, the sheets you can tell but the way it was so wrinkled I was not clean and fresh sheets, cockroaches very very poor condition of the place honestly. The bathroom was disgusting I try to give my son a shower and I had to to do it with his sandals on because of the nastiness of this bathroom, I left the place right after I gave my son a shower because I was not going to sleep and spend a night in this place. I try to get a refund and it was denied without any reason after me explaining all this. So I f I can give a -0 to this place I def will.

Upon arrival, I was told that they had to find a room for me because the room I booked and they had to find me another room and they were all booked up. Secondly, my bathroom tub was filthy. I reported it to the front desk and they told me to tell the housekeepers in the hallway. When I went to tell them, there was a language barrier and try to redirect me back to the front desk. I had to tell them that the front desk told me to tell them. Long story short, the housekeeper ended up giving me the cleaning stuff to clean my own tub. NEVER AGAIN will I book at this location!!!

The room was very dirty had bugs and none of the sinks or tub drained. You could literally walk on the floor and had to wipe your feet off because it was so dirty. I will say the people in the front were very nice.

We booked this room for my husband while he was in town for work. As soon as he checked in, he noticed the room smelled terrible. He tried to make it work since he’s blue-collar and only needed a place to sleep, but the conditions were unacceptable. He saw 8 roaches in 5 nights. The hotel was extremely dirty, and basic necessities were lacking. He was given only one shower towel and one roll of toilet paper for his entire stay. This place is disgusting. Please do not stay here. Keep it moving. It should be shut down, and I will be making every attempt to report this place for how disgusting they are.
