Staff were friendly. Location was perfect - right in the CBD The bed was very comfortable and I had everything I needed. Ate at the restaurant next, very nice. Except the room hadn't been vacuumed properly and the carpet in the hall was torn as well. I also wanted to pay by cash and they told me I wasn't allowed. There is nothing on my booking that indicates this is a cashless Hotel , this was very disappointing. It was after 5pm and so I couldn't go to a bank. Please let people know this prior to arriving.

Love the location, we stayed to attend a show at The Capitol Theatre which is only a short stroll away. The micro room is indeed tiny - luckily we only had one small suitcase Beds are extremely comfy This was our 5th stay at The Veriu

Upon check in, room had significant dust, carpet was dirty. Rooms were not cleaned throughout stay. You can put a sign on the door to have new towels and your bed made, but that’s it. One day they simply just changed the towels. Not bad, but for the price I think you can find better in Surrey Hills

Great spot with a staff who cares

Staff was really wonderful and helpful. Aaron, Shou, and your manager when I was checking out were super helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful each day. Even the maintenance worker from Tunisia went out of his way to assist when he saw I needed it. The rooms were clean, staff helped with bags and beverages upon arrival, and the bed was very comfy. On-site restaurant is pretty decent too.

Perfeita localização. Curta caminhada do jardim botânico, Hyde Park, Chinatown e parque tumbalong. Metrô, cafés, restaurantes, supermercado tudo próximo. A equipe do hotel é ÓTIMA. A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. Mas achei o quarto pequeno para mim e meu filho adolescente. Não tem local para roupas ou malas e senti falta uma limpeza mais cuidadosa.Fiquei 7 dias, acho que para uma estadia mais curta talvez não tivesse me incomodado com o tamanho do quarto.
