This property is way way too noisy. I understand that the music needs to go Late as it’s a pub but why does it still go doof doof until the morning? When the pub closes turn the bloody music off! It’s not that hard. Two days of no sleep wasn’t ideal.

aircon and tv not working

Room aircon didn’t work and could open window- very hot. The staff managed to find a pedestal fan which i had on me alll night- they can’t change room as fully booked. Also the large TV didn’t work! i asked for a discount due to these issues but was fobbed off. Not happy

You can not go past this place for position. Right on the beach amongst numerous food options. We had room 20 which had a fun retro vibe. It is however right above the pedestrian crossing and obviously the pub. Take earplugs or ensure you are a heavy sleeper! The shower also drains in to the the next room which holds the vanity, sinks and toilet area. Odd and annoying!

Great location in Manly Beach. Across the street from the beach, and minutes from restaurants and coffee shops. For the price it was a reasonable accommodation.

Love Manly. Good hotel. Great location, directly across from the beach. Short walk from the ferry. Was pretty quiet considering it is a pub, however the stay was mid week. The Guest Lounge is a great extra and Roof Top Bar is nice. Everything was good, with the exception of the included breakfast. Ordering from a set menu which ranges from a Croissant to a Big Breakfast. Day 1 Big Breakfast was mediocre at best. Both of us left half the food on the plate. Day 2 Poached eggs on toast, which was stone cold. Possibly due to low service staff levels or simply forgotten in the kitchen. Coffee was standard and direct quote from staff "If you want a nice coffee you have to buy separately". Surely the provided coffee could also be nice? Disappointing food wise. Would stay again but not have the included brekky as there are plenty of options nearby.

The hotel is situated on the Manly beach front and very conveniently located for shopping and eateries. Our room was clean but very small. The hotel had extremely noisy parties with loud bands playing on Saturday night until 3am making it impossible to get to sleep.

Loud and smoke in air conditioning

We stayed on a Saturday night and expected some noise given its location however it was beyond reasonable. We slept with noise cancelling headphones and still heard the music which got louder later in the evening as well as felt the base shaking the room. Continued on until at least 2am. Our air conditioning was also polluted with cigarette smoke while we slept. We had to turn it off half way through the night but it was too late. Location is convenient and nicely styled but not worth it all, was left very disappointed.

Hotel is located in a very fun tourist area - beach across the street, great walking paths and scenery, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Having the Manly ferry at walking distance is very convenient. Hotel rooms nice and they have on-site restaurant and evening entertainment - loud if your room is located above bar. We didn’t mind.
