The gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful. He made us feel welcome. The room was aqequate and clern although dated. The room uncluded a decent breakfast. The location is close to good areas but the immediate vacinity was grimey. We could hear rough people yelling in the night.

This was an affordable place to stay. An enjoyable walk to the Opera House through the Botanical Gardens. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The manager and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great and the price was very reasonable. I feel the rooms needed some updating and a more intense clean. We turned our aircon on and it said the filter needed cleaning. The bathroom felt dirty. All in all a decent hotel in a good location as far as being close to the main CBD of Sydney however the surroundings felt industrial and lots of bins and rubbish and smells in the street. I would stay there again due to the very reasonable price and breakfast.

This property is a hidden gem. A place you can relax and rest. Our room was well equipped comfortable and clean. The breakfast room has a lovely relaxed ambience with low key music playing. Excellent choice for breakfast,and lovely coffee. We were planned to leave, but extended our stay, so that says it all !
