This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The breakfast buffet and staff are amazing. The ladies are so welcoming. The rooms are always spotless and a great size for my girls and I to stay together and still have our own space to relax. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

It is a perfect hotel for one! It is a cozy hotel. It was close to where I needed to be! I was there for city2surf and I was right where I needed to be for my group. The only thing I did have trouble with was the water coming through the shower which made the bath mat totally soaked and the floor wet. It fitted well with the wet Sydney! Apart from that I liked my stay! Will definitely come back.

All off the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. They were absolutely lovely. Room was fantastic, had all the requirements, was very quiet and bed was really comfortable. Being across the road from Hyde park was awesome for City to Surf. Loved it

The hotel was great at accommodating our special request to add an extra bed for just the first night. Very conveniently located close to downtown and easy access to train and buses. The rooms aren’t huge but have everything we needed and the breakfast was great! They even had boxed breakfast to go for mornings with an early start. You have to know to ask for them though because it wasn’t publicized anywhere.

The Song provided an exceptional value that met our needs during our Sydney stay. The fact that the Song is centrally located was a plus, we could walk to any of the landmarks and attractions, usually within 20 minutes! The facility was great, breakfast was top notch, and dinner was great! The staff were wonderful, kind, professional, and attentive to our needs! It was a great stay!!!

I had a great two day stay. I received a corner balcony room so it was nice Anne quiet . Bed was comfy, my only minor complaint is that it wouldn’t get as cold as I like (I prefer to sleep in an ice box). Room was clean and had a mini fridge, the free breakfast was amazing and the restaurant also had a nice happy hour. Close to transport both bus and train. I would stay here again.
