Very tied and run-down property, with poor maintenance. Probably 3 stars at best. Okay if you are realistic in your expectations. Staff were polite and helpful though.

Maintenance needed

The hotel need lots of maintenance, walls, door full of scuff marks, and many poorly maintained items. USB charging ports didn’t work in the room, suitcase stand was very wobbly.

Breakfast this is the 4 time we have stayed here and every time we go to Breakfast about 7.30 the food is cold or all the bacon is all gone or the eggs has all gone and you have to wait for them to cook more food i think this is the last time we will stay there.

We had great stay , the room was huge with a great bed and everything was set out great as well , the restaurant was great with service and the food was very nice , off the street parking and quiet , the reception was quick with friendly staff . We did not like there is no phone in the room to contact the front desk or friends in the other rooms! Also, there is no elevator for people have big luggages especially for the seniors which they need help to bring their luggages into the room! Otherwise, when people check in the front desk, the staff should offer us the rooms on the ground floor though!
