Room & service were great, was just REALLY disappointed that not only was the pool not even IN the hotel (which was a selling point for booking) but it was already closed when we checked in. The customer service on arrival was terrible no greeting of effort to try give a solution on a request for early check in. A Fijian lady in front counter very poor hospitality skills. I was only helped by an Australian man an hour later doing his best to support me. This was the worst customer service but always stayed here this will be our last
