over a philosophical disagreement, Julie the receptionist, refused to charge a late check out fee for the sole reason of threatening to call the police. This lady needs to be medicated.

We are family of 3 adults and stayed here for 4 nights. What we like: 1. Hotel is close to shopping mall and also there are many restaurants near by. Nice park on the other side of the two-way road. 2. Near to bus station and you can catch bus to almost any part of Sydney. 3. Hotel staff was friendly. What we didn't like: 1. We selected the room with the park view from expedia but we are allocated the room with the opposite view. 2. Room was a bit congested. 3. There was not enough hooks for hanging your clothes in room and also in bathroom. 4. Windows were locked and there was no way to get the fresh air and felt suffocated sometimes.

On bustling Broadway, Sydney this was a spotlessly clean haven. We had an event to attend, stayed one night, Would recommend.

It was a total surprise. So good value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and had all we needed for a nights stay. Smooth check in. The lady on reception (sorry didn’t get a name) was efficient, informative and very friendly. The only down side is the parking. You have to park in the shopping centre carpark. This is split into north and south, we parked in the wrong one and had a big walk, trying to find the hotel.
