We booked this place to get away from Sydney and celebrate my bday. The Spa which I was so looking forward to use told me they don't do massages on the weekends which we found very weird as a hotelier myself, weekends is usually when you have more work! Also, I usually book places with sauna only to find out you have to pay extra to use it for 15 minutes, that's ridiculous! You should place a $ sign next to the sauna when advertising this in OTAS so that way guests don't get misleading. The only good thing was the pool and the rooftop. The curtains in the room aren't covering the full window so you wake up with light coming to your face early morning. The staff was friendly and it's not their fault but again, there are things that the management needs to improve. I wouldn't come back and I definitely won't recommend it.

Lovely apartment with an upgrade , very new and clean with great cooking cleaning facilities. Rooftop bar food was friendly with a nice atmosphere, a lot of birthdays but they accommodated us easily and events were not intrusive in rooms

One of the lifts was broken and the wait to use the other lift was long. No other complaints though. The apartment is very comfortable and absolutely beautiful.
