Apartment block was under maintenance during period of stay (Sept24) with scaffolding at front and back balconies raising safety concern as well as being unable to use the areas due to its condition. Building experienced private lifts problem during one night resulting in residents being unable to return to their for two hours until repairman solved the technical issue.

You are warned, do not book.

I never was able to check in and thus never was able to utilize this hotel. I contacted Alta the arrival night and was told there was nothing they could do due to it being after hours and no employee/front desk on site. This is an apt building that looked nearly abandoned to be honest from the exterior views with unoccupied first floor commercial space.
