The bathroom needs more in hand towels and face clothes-one hand towel no face cloths. unsafe shower, no shower mat or grab bar--had to ask for tub mat to be delivered, not ordinarily provided.

Meriton was a fab choice for us - we had an amazing experience during our stay! The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of comfort and relaxation. The front desk team was outstanding – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their courteous attitude made us feel truly valued as guests. Low score is due to: - Basically no noise insulation, windows are as isolating as a mosquito net - lifts have a mind of their own - somedays work, others you are 15 min waiting for different lift after selecting your desired floor - could improve communication on early check-in and a time window for a building this size and turnover Everything else was good

The location is near Chinatown, very safe, and surrounded by plenty of attractions. There are many restaurants within walking distance, making dining extremely convenient, and being in the city center made getting around very easy. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet, well soundproofed, and very clean. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable place to stay.

We were here for an overnight before taking a cruise. The staff members were wonderful. Our room in the 23rd floor was ok but the street is noisy even all through the night. All the amenities r fine. A good place to stay for a longer duration

Everything was great. The new lift system sucks but they are working on fixing one lift. The only thing. There were 2 aircons in the room/lounge and they only work if you set them both to the same setting. Its odd and slightly annoying.
