The position and room were excellent. Monica from reception gave us excellent assistance during our stay. The only difficulty was having to use casting to watch live TV. We didn't bother because we were out most of our stay anyway.

It was very pleasant although I had no remote control to turn the aircon off, as during the night, it really really cold. Other than that, I stayed the night and it was nice. Shower pressure was well deserved massage and extremely clean, which I liked. The reception who checked me in was absolutely helpful and welcoming. Thank you for sorting out and allowing me to check in earlier. I shall stay again next time! As long as I have access to controlling the aircon :)

We needed to check in extremely early, and the staff allowed it with no issues, for which we were so thankful. The hotel is in a perfect location next to tons of public transportation, dining, and shopping. The kitchen could have used a couple of more sets of dishes, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

When we first entered the room, there was a very strong chemical smell (potentially floor cleaner) and a musty smell in the bedroom. Later that evening when we returned, the carpet in the bedroom was wet (under the air con unit and under the beds). The phone in the unit was also not working. For a quality hotel, this is not acceptable and I will not be staying here in the future.
