The lifts are being upgraded so they were very slow and inconsistent to arrive or take you to the appropriate floor (new AI system is terrible). Our room was next to the garbage room, and the smell wafted into our room for our entire stay. Checked under the bed before we left to see if anything feel down there... Wish I didn't. It was thick with dust and junk from at least a years worth. Absolutely disgusting.

The bathroom needs more in hand towels and face clothes-one hand towel no face cloths. unsafe shower, no shower mat or grab bar--had to ask for tub mat to be delivered, not ordinarily provided.

Meriton was a fab choice for us - we had an amazing experience during our stay! The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of comfort and relaxation.
