It’s time for some sunshine at this bright beach cottage. This dog friendly property allows one dog maximum with a 50 lb weight limit. Just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore. Step out your front door to your sunny deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and take a seat in one of your rocking chairs. No rush – you’re on vacation. Keep breakfast prep simple when everyone wakes up, and eat together at the dining table for eight. Or, dine alfresco downstairs at your picnic tables on the patio. If you're looking to cook up something hearty, no problem – the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, counter space, and all the gadgets you need. Once everyone's fed and ready, head off to the beach. With such a convenient location, it's easy to run back and forth to the house for lunch or if a little one needs a mid-day nap. After a full day of fun, come home, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower, and get cozy. Flip on the flatscreen or grab one of the many games available to spend a little more together time. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It was phenomenally clean and such a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for accommodations for children and they allow one dog so had some accommodations for pets as well! I will definitely be booking again.

Short walk to the beach…. Loved it… only issue is with checking in and communication … it’s managed by Vacasa and they don’t respond when you need answers … just AI assistants… won’t rent again bc would like direct communication with simple questions …. Like early check in? An hour early..Funny to see VRBO advertise nick saban being a tough about check in but Vacasa won’t allow it at all… sad … really like the hoise

Wonderful stay except for Tropical Storm Debbie

This was our second stay here. We stayed last year. Tropical Storm Debbie caused a HUGE amount of flooding on property. It was over a foot deep to walk up to the property! We had to carry are 7 year old! It also brought 100’s of frogs under the house! We did leave a day early and had to walk all our belongings out to the road because our truck couldn’t even go to the driveway! So, the home is fantastic, but the flooding was the worst on the block! We would be nervous to rent again. What a shame, it is a fantastic home!!!!!

Delightful!

We so enjoyed this home on Sunshine Lane! We had such a large group that we had also rented a house on beach front and this one. This house was stellar! Our son’s family stayed here and were so pleased and comfortable. One evening he and his lovely wife prepared a beautiful fresh seafood meal using the outside grill and picnic tables for staging! What a delight to have all the perfect cooking equipment, and serving dishes to display his fancy gourmet meal! The games were awesome for everyone to enjoy. The beach is just a couple minutes walk, the beds were perfect, it was so clean! We would definitely want to rent this home again when at Holden Beach!

Comfortable clean accommodations. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could possibly need to eat in. Beach was a short walk with beach access at the end of sunshine to the left. Quiet nieghborhood. Very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay. Hope to come back soon.
