ROW NYC
"We just stayed at the Row NYC for four nights, and our experience was awesome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff treated us very well. We had one small issue when we first arrived—the room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned yet because of some kind of mix-up. I went downstairs expecting nothing more than to have the room cleaned, but the staff handled the situation immediately and upgraded us to a nicer room for all four nights. That certainly wasn’t necessary, but it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay at the Row again. We were in New York to see several Broadway shows, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s close to the theaters, right by Restaurant Row, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. A great hotel in the perfect location for a Broadway trip!"
