By far the worst experience I have ever had at any property rental. Was given the wrong code to the door which I get it mistakes happen, called the property management company waited for a half hour to get the correct code. The next morning the code had been changed for some reason and missed a ski lesson trying to get back into the property after breakfast and waiting on hold for an hour with the property management company then it happened again that night after i had asked them for the code to the physical key in the lock box next to the door I get for security reasons being concerned but when your paying guests is repeatedly locked out and management hasn't come to the property to fix it, it is beyond unacceptable. Waited again and would have left had it not been the last night there and I was sure I wasn't leaving until the morning. Literally every time I would lock the door it would be a different code plus an 30 min to an hour on hold. Save yourself the trouble if anything goes wrong they will not help you.
