Room was okay. Paid for a higher end room. View was “heavenly!” Staff was lovely. Some of the bars weren’t really that fabulous. Bartenders & cocktail waitress was on top of everything & hustled. Overall a nice stay.

Yes I called the lobby at 4:50am to tell them that room 631 next to mine had loud music since 1:30 am they did not answer. I went to the lobby on 2-1-26 at 5:00 to tell them my issue , I feel I need to get a refund for 1 night since we had so little sleep to to the noise

We had a wonderful time as a family. The scenery was breathtaking. We are actually reluctant to return home. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and hot tubs. It was very quiet during the week, with more people arriving over the weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

This casino is very outdated, old and needs a renovation very badly. The pictures are from years ago, condition of the rooms are bad. Mattresses are noisy and not comfortable. Staff is ok, pool is too overcrowded. I like the cafe, great choices and reasonable prices for breakfast.
