My inconvenience started at the arrival when I was informed that parking was valet only ($35/night). There is no daily housekeeping, and you have to speak Spanish in order to get anything you need for the room. The breakfast options are very limited offered in a very small area. The swimming pool is a joke. Also, the hotel is away from the beaches in a not so appealing area.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years and was always enjoyable.This year several disappointments we had people smoking on our floor,garbage left next to their rooms and an increase in keeping your car at the hotel substantially.My wife and I decided to stay at another place next year

Great stay even after a hurricane!

It’s was a good stay considering we came a week after a hurricane, the rooms were clean but the carpet could use a good deep cleaning throughout the rooms and hallways. Just to freshen up the smells of the room and hotel in general.

Alec at the front desk especially helped with any request we needed. The manager and other staff were so helpful and accommodating during our stay with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Would definitely recommend and stay at Fairfield Suites by Marriott again.Rooms were great.
