Only 2 elevators and the one was not working the entire trip. Never saw anyone even attempting to fix this. Also. When you know you have a high number of check outs maybe staff the valet stand a tad better. Kid was working his ass off, more than he should have been

My stay was really good. We love the shuttle service. The beds super comfortable. In general really good. The only two things I didnt like was the pool area very slipper. Super dangerous, mainly for kids. And second item was the breakfast, the boil eggs were so cold, the eggs.

What I like most is the quiet area and everything is just a walk away but only when the weather is nice. The golf car transportation provided is the plus but make sure to have more drivers because more than one time after I called they said 15 minutes but we waited for over an hour finally we walked back.

Awesome bang for our buck. This is a clean, quiet hotel with a small pool. It is a four minute walk to a quieter section of beach and less than a mile from many restaurants and shops. We did not rent a car for our trip, so we were able to avoid the $35/night parking fees. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Clearwater Beach.

Was disappointed that the bathroom had no vent fan. The refrigerator had no freezer section. Needed to freeze an ice pack for back issues. The golf cart shuttle was very good however it’s a one man operation for folks checking in with cars and driving shuttle which fits 5 people. It was a long wait to get picked up from dinner.
