The location and staff were great. Jules was very helpful with every request. All the staff were very friendly and responded quickly to whatever needs we had. The room we had was spacious with a nice view. It was somewhat dated especially the carpets, and the couch had some heavy stains on it. I learned that each unit is individually owned, so these issues are on the owners and not the Sunset management. Another disappointment was the small TV's with no streaming services. They had spectrum cable, but no options for Netflix or streaming services. In 2025 I was very surprised that there was no streaming options. Again, I guess that's on the owners. All in all , I would stay there again if i could get a more modern unit with TV service. The location is great and being right on the beach was nice. Thanks Sunset Vistas.

Im sorry but the room floors looked like they havent been swept and mopped in months. The living room TV didnt work, the furniture was stained, one of the bar stools should be removed asap. This hotel is for families on a budget. Its not ideal for a weekend getaway for a couple.

Room was dirty and need of repairs. Tub was painted and paint was peeling, sofa so dirty couldn’t set on it, kitchen chairs broken, coffee pot dirty and broken, food on pans in cabinet and sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. I mentioned to Front Desk and they said, sorry about that????

Beach is stunning. Beautiful sunsets. Location is superb. Outside areas lovely. We were warmly welcomed on checking in. Room was disappointing. We were given a room on the 5th floor. Sofa and chair were dirty/grubby. Sofa bed mattress protector sheet was marked. Balcony door didn’t lock. Bath in the en suite of the master bedroom was peeling. Shower curtain was stained. We were a party of 6 adults, booked 2 nights to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. 4 of our party left after 1 night. The sofa bed was just not fit for 2 adults. We had activities and restaurants booked for the first night and the following day. On checking out we reported the issues. And the lady we spoke with seemed to already be aware of the issues. She said they would send maintenance up. But we were checking out by then. I would hope these issues were addressed. But would’ve been happier if they’d been addressed before we were allocated the room. Don’t think I would return due to the room issues. Shame because the location, beach and outside areas were lovely.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is really nice to have a café and beachside bar on the property, the food is made to order with several options. Can catch an affordable trolley to Johns pass close by. Easy beach access, beautiful beach, can get chairs/umbrellas/ cabanas on the beach for a fee. Loved having a covered parking spot! Comfortable beds; one comment that the bathroom needed to be cleaned. This was the first trip and I will definitely go back.

This place is pure heaven. From the clean comfortable rooms, to the impeccable front desk host Jules. Just book the trip, you won’t be disappointed! The grounds are amazingly well kept, the landscaping was being refreshed on our stay, trash removed daily, pools also maintained daily. A great selection of toys and pool floats in the beach box so no need to purchase if you’ve flown in. the perfect place for our family of 4 coming from New England.

Second year staying at Sunset Vista Condo. Great balcony view of the ocean, sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, birds, and the view is simply the best. The front office staff were amazing and helpful. Seen employees constantly cleaning, inside and out of the property. The only complaint this year was the showers coming off the boardwalk; only one foot wash was working, and no overhead showers were working.

Perfect location. Great receptionist. Very easy to check-in. Room was okay. Old furniture w shaky dinning chairs. Bathroom was old and curtains had mold. Overall, it could’ve been a little more cleaner w updated furnitures but we enjoyed the stay. View was great.
