Matthew: happy that we were able to meet most of your needs. We do appreciate all comments, both good and bad, from our guests. You are correct in your assessment that rooms, including the a/c, which are individually owned need to be updated occasionally to keep up with the times! Unfortunately, we cant control the weather and Florida does get hot! Our pool IS heated, but not after the month of May through October. Again, appreciate the review
