Location was amazing! The street was busy with beachgoers and other surrounding properties but worth the 60 second walk to sand. The propertys primary bedroom is next to another property’s outside space so that one bedroom can pick up a lot of noise. Check in/out was easy and property had basic items you would need. Kids loved all the streaming options at night.

This place is perfectly located for walks on the beach, walks to the main strip that has great restaurants and shops. Just accross from a park that has Tennis and Pickle ball courts. Off Street parking is very convenient and the cottage is very comfortable. We stayed in 13 in the back and had a great time.

Great cottage with direct beach access. Loved the comfy master bed, kitchen is a bit spare, but all the necessities were there. Really convenient and comfortable, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We love this area of Clearwater beach. You can have your feet in the sand in about 30 steps from the front door. The king bed was super comfy and the kids had no complaints about the twin beds in their room. The house was clean overall, as long as you aren’t super picky and don’t expect a deeeep clean between each stay. The towels have seen better decades, but they did the job. We did have to buy each and every food item we needed to cook anything (think oil, salt/pepper, etc), but I understand the necessity of keeping cabinets cleared out in an attempt to keep bugs at bay as much as possible. This isn’t a five star resort but it is a nice place to use as a home base while you play at the beach and is spacious and clean enough that any time you have to spend at home is pleasant too.

Great location and perfect amenities for a family of 4. We really enjoyed it! The owner/manager was very responsive when I couldn’t find the laundry pods, which was my mistake. We would definitely recommend! Having beach chairs and a beach umbrella available made our beach time very convenient.

Cute little beach house

Cute little house that was just the right size for the five of us. The house was equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach: chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sunscreen. There was also a hose right outside to wash off sandy feet. The location was great being only a couple minute walk to the ocean and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Came down on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Stayed for three nights and had a blast! This place is amazing. It’s clean and very close to the beach. It’s also close to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Clearwater Beach Cottage

The location is excellent. Walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. Located away from the crowd of the public beach area. The cottage was very clean and was equipped with everything we might have needed from kitchen items to beach towels. Would absolutely stay here again!
