Clearwater Beach Cabana

Clearwater Beach Cabana es una finca privada que incluye tres pequeñas casas de alquiler. Nuestra cabaña Clearwater Beach tiene una piscina estilo laguna con un gran patio que puede servir como área de reunión. Nuestro Clearwater Beach Cabana está a solo 2 cuadras de la playa y se encuentra a poca distancia de restaurantes, entretenimiento, deportes acuáticos, visitas turísticas y el muelle 60. Nuestra casa de alquiler está a poca distancia de las playas cercanas de Indian Rocks, Redington Shores y St. Pete Beach. Si lo prefiere, el tranvía Clearwater Jolley se detiene convenientemente cerca de nuestra cabaña en la playa de Clearwater, y lo llevará hasta St. Pete Beach y cualquiera y todas las paradas en el camino.

La primera casa de alquiler que se llama Bruce Cabana tiene tres dormitorios, un baño y puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas con 3 camas queen y una litera. Esta casa de alquiler en North Clearwater Beach tiene su propia sala de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y acceso a la piscina y al patio. Esta linda casa de alquiler es perfecta para un grupo que desea permanecer cerca de la playa y a poca distancia de todas las actividades.

La segunda casa de alquiler que se llama Guesthouse Villa tiene un dormitorio, un baño y tiene capacidad para 6 personas con 2 camas queen y un futón queen. Esta acogedora casa de alquiler es la más pequeña de las tres y tiene una cocina completa y un área de desayuno. Nuestro Guesthouse Villa en Clearwater Beach también tiene acceso completo a la piscina estilo laguna y al gran patio.

La tercera casa de alquiler que se llama Lantana Cabana tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños y tiene capacidad para 12 huéspedes con 4 camas queen y 2 sofás cama. Nuestra Villa Lantana tiene su propia cocina completa, comedor, sala de estar y acceso completo a la piscina y al patio.

Con las 3 villas de alquiler que rodean la gran piscina y el área de reunión, su grupo puede estar junto, pero cada uno disfruta de la privacidad de su propia casa de alquiler. En general, este gran complejo de playa de tres edificios es perfecto para grupos grandes, familias, retiros corporativos, grupos de iglesias, grupos escolares, equipos deportivos y bodas pequeñas. Nuestra cabaña Clearwater Beach tiene suficiente espacio de estacionamiento para hasta 6 vehículos.

Great for large groups

We were In town for my son's wedding. Very close to the beach. Nice neighborhood felt safe. The property is exactly as advertised. I would rent it again!

Great place!

There were 14 adults in my group, we rented all three rentals for three nights. Everyone thought it was an amazing place to stay at. When I arrived, a staff member was there to go through a few things with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me. If you travel there in 70 degree weather, I would recommend you heat the pool the day before you get there. I can’t wait to return to the Cabana on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!!

Family get together

Loved the set up we rented all 3 houses in the group and had the pool in the middle. Perfect for large group get together! Close walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and parks . The pool area was great for swimming and gathering all different times of the day! Would definitely use this place again it had everything we needed and property management was the best I have ever dealt with! Always responding very quickly

Wonderful Stay!!!

This property was wonderful and exceeded our ext!! We rented all 3 homes (we had 22 people staying there all together) and we had plenty of room for all of us! The homes were clean and very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in it everyday! The walk to the beach was close by and was a very easy walk! We had a couple minor issues but the renters were very easy to get ahold of and the issues (a leaky dishwasher and slow flushing toilet) were fixed quickly!! I would highly recommend and we would for sure rent this property again!!!

Family Vacation

The Cabana was nice, clean, and the pool area was very nice and private. The only issues we had: there were small bugs (no see ums?) that bit us up very badly, even with candles and bug spray. We couldn't use the pool area in the evenings because of the bugs. Also, the dishwasher in one of the houses was broken and couldn't be repaired during our stay. The walk to the beach was very short, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Perfect !!!

This property is perfect for a group. It was comfortable and a short uber ride to everywhere. I would suggest some lounge chairs by the pool but this didn’t take away from our stay at all. Communication was exceptional.

What was listed was not true for each house. Pool pump and heater was broke but was fixed quickly. But cleanliness of pool was cloudy. Broken closet door, dishwasher that was not working was just a few things that were out of order.

Baltzell 2019 Vacation - Could have been nicer for the money

The Cabana was very worn and dated. most of the beds were completely worn out. One refrigerator did not work well enough to keep milk and eggs in. The microwave in the Lantana house only partially worked. You could not clear it and it as either on or off. The Lantana dishwasher top rack kept falling down and was hard to use. The ovens had either a top or bottom heating element burned out it them. So, anything baked was burned on one side and raw on the other. One of the Bruce houses flooded while there and the Guest house flooded. One of the Bruce houses did not have wifi in it. For the money spent on these houses, I would have been better off to have put the group up in the Hilton Hotel. We went with houses so we could have fridge space and be able to cook. That did now work in these houses so I spent a fortune eating out. The pictures and online description depicted these houses to have been kept up, they were not. I will never do this again without first traveling to see the properties before I use them. Jon Baltzell

First time we did a vacation renting houses it was awesome we had a big group so not always easy to find something that works for all of us but it absolutely did the location was very well kept was in a quit but yet very close to anything we wanted or needed. We had a great week no complaints from anyone in our group we would do it again in a minute and would highly recommend the area company and houses we rented thank you!!!

Perfect for our family vacation with 4 families, 16 people

The three house villa and pool were perfect and I would highly recommend this property. We had 8 adults and 8 kids and the houses accommodated us perfectly. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was a nice common area. It would have been nice to have more lighting out there by the pool, however. It looks like there used to be a light in the corner because there's wiring on the corner of the house. There is a light but it's not very bright. The beds were comfortable and we all slept soundly. The houses all had everything we needed to cook meals (utensils, small appliances, pots, and pans). The studio guest house could have used a bureau for clothes, however. We just took a shelf out of the main house to use to put clothes on and were sure to put it back at the end of our stay. Mona was always a phone call or text away if we needed her. She offered suggestions about the best take out pizza in the area and helped out with figuring out the tv. Clearwater Beach was so close, just a short walk away. The area on the beach was not crowded at all but at the same time it was only a mile walk to the popular Pier 60. The houses are in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. I would give this property and experience 5 stars if it wasn't for one bathroom in the main house that was out of commission and the outdoor lighting. We were made aware of the bathroom before we stayed and were given some money back because of the inconvenience. Renovations are being done to the pipes now and I'm thinking the lights will be fixed which would make this property a perfect 5 star. I highly recommend it!

Awesome family vacation!!!

This place was perfect for our size family!!! We all bonded and had a great time!! We would be able to walk to the Shipwreck! We could walk to the beach so easily! This place even with it’s little blemishes was perfect!!! I highly recommend this place! I hope my family will come back!! We have to coordinate! Excellent place!!!

Loved the entire property!

We rented the whole space over New Years, and loved it! We had a group of 17, 8 of whom were children. This is an excellent place for families with kids. You are an easy walk to the beach. the pool and patio are beautiful, and have plenty of seating - with a great charcoal grill. The houses have all the amenities you need (especially if you rent all of them). 810 lantana and the guest house have been recently updated.. great kitchen spaces. All the bathrooms are very nice as well. We couldnt have been more pleased. Thank you!
