For the price I paid for this place, I would have expected a lot more than what we received! This place is way outdated, beat up and old. In the middle of watching TV, it shuts off and then when I turn it back on it says no signal. It’s sad to think you pay almost $200 of your well-earned money and this is what you get. Thankful we’re only here one night!

Stayed here for a concert @Hollywood Amphitheater. Great location for that type of event. Was a bit interesting get to the hotel the street IMaps sent us to was hidden had to turn around at the casino lol other than that it was pretty good. Staff wasn’t the most friendly

AC unit was broken so it was very very loud. Turned the AC off and sweat myself through the entire night. Many neglected spots during cleaning. Disgusting toilet and stained tub. Area around hotel is also neglected. Worst experience.

House keeping rude and rushes you to check out.

The only bad things I have to say is the cleaning staff rushed us out of our room 45 mins before check out. Then acted like she didn’t understand English after explaining to her we still have 45 mins until check out. Also the rooms could be more clean there was hair and dust everywhere.

The entire hotel is very nice. Our room was clean and I wish every hotel room was designed like the one we had. Specious and the restroom/shower.. I wasn't hitting my elbow on walls and there wasn't a shower curtain sticking to my body. The room was so inviting. I would stay here anytime.

Trued to use the washer and dryer. Tbe hotel did not have quarters available. Ehy offer the convenience and not gave change. The detergent machine did not work. Manager was no hrlp.

Staff was great.Good breakfast. They had a nice pool that families could enjoy. We did have a problem with room but the manager moved us to a different one and refunded a night stay, so that was appreciated. The hotel was being updated getting newer air units, the windows were older and due to location near highway seemed noisy. But would stay there again. There are alot of restaurants nearby and historic St. Charles is close by.

Breakfast was hot and fresh but very limited and only pork options . Kitchen staff was nice. Had a clogged sink and was told we had to wait two days for maintenance because it was a weekend and no rooms were available. A staff member did unclog it (not our hair) for us . Due to unused policy we were basically locked in. The cleaning staff is great. Won’t suggest staying there and the pool was burning to our eyes w/o getting into the water.
