This is a new vacation rental resort in the heart of St. George! By combining two modern luxury townhomes, separated only by one unit, we offer more than 5000 sq. feet of space, 10 bedrooms, and 16 beds that sleep up to 32 people! Members from your family or group can have easy access to each other while maintaining some space and privacy.

Each unit has 7 smart TVs, games, and toys for all ages. This place is perfect for family reunions, sports team events, corporate or couples’ retreats, biking or marathon events, and much more.

Each unit is three stories and has a connected kitchen, dining, patio area, and family room on the main floor that boasts a 75-inch smart TV with 85+ channels of free YouTube TV and all the apps you need to choose your favorite entertainment. A large garage is also on the main floor allowing for either parking or storage of a car, recreation vehicle, bikes, or equipment. The second floor has three king master suites with their own master bath and a 50-inch smart TV—perfect for couples who want their own space. The third floor is the place to send the kids with a shared bathroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room that has two full-over-full bunk beds that sleep 8. Both bedrooms have a 50-inch smart TV in them. Also on the third floor is a media room with a 55-inch smart TV and a large deck to soak up the sun. There are three balconies in each unit that provide gorgeous desert views.

Property was too congested, we could not use the garage, for it was too small. Inadequate toiletries and kitchen utensils, no foil, saran wrap, storage bags, etc. Stairs were steep and narrow. Property manager kept in good communications and the property was clean.

Adult Sibling Getaway

The units were very nice and met the needs of our adult family get together. Individual king size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were great! The location was quiet. We did have some maintenance issues in both units during our stay which caused some inconvenience. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend the property.

Siblings Reunion

We had a siblings reunion which consisted of 11 siblings and their spouses for a total of 22 people. 10 of the 11 siblings stayed at Family Fun #13 & #15. Our age range was 47 to 77. We played games, watched football, and enjoyed being together. We were grateful for the 41/2 bathrooms in each unit. Having access to two refrigerators was great.

Couples Getaway!

t was important to us to have 6 king bedrooms with private baths, so the combination of two condos in one reservation worked well for us. It was great to have a gathering place with a kitchen, living room, big screen TV, etc. The condos were relatively close to all the places we wanted to go. We also appreciated having extra parking spaces since we brought several cars. Overall it was a good place for a very enjoyable family weekend getaway.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our recent family vacation. The home was very spacious. We were able to spend quality time as a family, while still enjoying our own space when desired. There were plenty of activities for all ages. We especially enjoyed the pools and pickleball courts. The location is beautiful. It is also conveniently located if you need anything during your stay. The hosts are kind and easy to work with. Overall, a truly great weekend.

Family Get Away

We'd stay here again without question. Very spacious, room for everyone, quite neighborhood, close to stuff, pool and other facilities were clean and really fun. All of these fun things were almost right outside our front door. We have a large family all ages. Traffic was safe for my grandchildren. Everyone got a room of their own with bathroom, kitchens are nice and stoked with everything for basic cooking.

Good place to stay for a family get away

We stayed there for a sports event. The location was great just a few minutes from I 15 and the pools and hot tubs are great. No bedroom on main level and lots of stairs so be await if mobility is a issue but all in all a good place to stay

We rented both properties it was a great get away. It meet the needs of our entire group.

We would rent them again if we were in St George again as a group. The properties were beautiful and supplied everything we needed. We used the property pool and pickle ball courts. It was a little hard to find as you enter on a private road, once you find it all is well.🥰
