Clean room; quiet despite most rooms in our section taken; property generally satisfactory but needs some spiffing up, especially building itself (stucco). Staff helpful. Hot breakfast items cold and tasted like cardboard. No cut up fruit. Yogurt and coffee were good.

The rooms were decent but outdated and smelled. The door to the second floor was not locked and broken. I reported to the front desk and they acted like they were not aware of it and told me they will address it. It wasn't fixed when I left and it looked like it has been that way for a while.

I had to go to the office because when I opens my ice bucket there was used pads in the bag inside it. I was like who ever cleaned the room I was in barely did anything. There was even a dead bug behind bathroom door not sure what it was but looked beatle like. I can deal with dead bugs but used pads are nasty. And for me to find that that was not right. You would think they would have been like let me comp u a meal at are restaurant for this inconvenience. But all they did was bring me a new bucket. However they did apologize which I do aprishiate.

Clean , staff was helpful. However one of the rooms I rented had a towel rack coming off the wall , not a big deal, but I cant help to think that if I didn't reported the issue, they might have though it was me who did it.

My wife is sensitive to smoking and the parking lot was full of people smoking and the staff did nothing about it. Every time we came outside you could smell the smoke nearby. Not cool 🙁

The tv regular local stations showed frozen. Other ok. No security latch. Was broken. Room was humid and towels didn't dry in 12 hours. We like to reuse the towels. Food was only ok. Had to wait for items like yogurt, eggs, muffins. No hashbrowns. Drink machine broken. No water provided in pitures. People very friendly.
