Budget motel, not good
Really old and outdated motel. Far better options in the area for the money. Rooms are in desperate need of updates. Breakfast hours are extremely limited, and motel rooms are spread out in different buildings with no elevators.

The hotel looks nice, has a basketball court and other nice things, staff was nice, breakfast is average, like most hotels but the room was filthy, there was hair clogging the drain, old food behind the night table and i had to clean the AC filter which was disgusting. It was the last stop of my trip and i was leaving early plus i always carry gloves and disinfecting wipes, so i cleaned everything.

I liked all the amenities ( in theory) but it was too hot to go outside for basketball, pickleball or mini golf during the day. By the time it cooled off then the facilities were closed. The rooms were clean but some shabbiness in the bathroom, some black spots in the caulk and some grout missing on tiles. The blackout curtains did not close all the way.
