Natalie at the front desk was such a pleasure to deal with. She understood my need for the stay as the turbo of my car broke down and I had to stay nearby a VW dealership. Driving across the continent from Canada she assisted with some of the other difficulties I had to deal with that came up during the trip. It felt like someone was actually a human being that understood me more than some senseless policy when I obviously had the funds for the stay. Unlike Ramada close by that rejected my stay. Sometimes you have to be humane and get to know someone instead of following a textbook and she did wonderful at that and more. She made the stay, quite honestly. It's a win-win, the hotel got paid and I got the accommodations that I required instead of sleeping in my broken car. So shout out to her, she deserves a raise for being able to discern correctly and still make business for the hotel. Thanks Natalie!

I don’t like giving a less-than-great review, but I want to be honest so others can make an informed choice. We stayed for one night, and unfortunately, the room had a very strong odor of old body odor upon entering. The window was wedged open and difficult to close, which was concerning since we were on the ground floor. The carpet was worn and appeared to date back to the 90s, and while the sheets were clean, the mattresses were stained. The bathroom showed its age as well—the sink was rusted around the drain, water pressure was very low, and the toilet didn’t flush well. The low point was finding a live cockroach on the toilet seat in the morning. On the positive side, the door locked securely, and we felt safe enough for the night. However, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property in its current condition.

This is a good place to stay and they usually have a pretty good price. I've stayed here 3 times. One of the reasons I come back is because they have a good swimming pool for my daughter. It's clean and inviting. I also appreciate the breakfast that is included. It is clean and overall a good place to stay for a family.

An older place, and it felt very much old. Even the drink machines requiring exact change didn't work. The free breakfast was a bust, the waffle maker had a line with people who didn't ever make a waffle. So you better know you need to leave the premises anytime you wanted a drink or food. Not relaxing.

Checking in clerk didn’t make any eye contact. Asked couple ??’s as from out of area and shirt and curt. Pool had the vacuum still in it and wasn’t even running so made to swim with the cords strewn about. Should have been in use as pool and outdoor hot tub definitely needed cleaning. Breakfast items adequate. Breakfast staff rather rude. Asked about spray for waffle iron and she just looked and me and walked away. Never responded with an answer. Ok I used and both stuck bad so went to waste. Check out gal was much different. Very friendly I don’t recall name but she had the word supervisor on it.
