Disappointed.

My A/C and fridge were unplugged when I got there. I realized with the A/C and fixed it. But I didn't realize the fridge was unplugged until the next day, after I'd put food and drinks in there. I had to throw that food away. The TV made an annoying buzzing noise, and part of the screen was going out. I asked for a late check-out when checking in. The front desk said that was fine. The cleaning crew was not informed, and knocked on my door twice before I was supposed to leave. Also - my room was never cleaned, and I stayed there for 3 nights. Pretty disappointed. The staff are all nice, but the overall experience was not great.

Great Stay

The overall stay was awesome. Kids loved having an outdoor and indoor pool. The only complaint i have is about the floors of the room. Having hardwood floors allows every little thing from outside to be brought inside, making walking around barefoot really uncomfortable. Perhaps put a broom or something in the room, to clean dirt off the floor.
